Project Unconditional Belief started in late 2012, with field researches in ‘Magic Garden’ in Long An Province (a private garden open to the public believed to have healing powers), where people’s spiritual beliefs and rituals, practices taking place yet to be verified by science as a cure; and at Ho Chi Minh City Eye Hospital - previously known as Clinique and Monastery Saint-Paul, in the relation between vision from ophthalmological perspective and the world seen through the filter of belief. The researches are consolidated with collaborative support from anthropologist and ophthalmologist. The project includes exhibition at Sàn Art (February 2014), workshop with Anthropology students at Vietnam National University (December 2013 - April 2014), public artwork at the Eye Hospital (November 2014) and this artist book.
